Important Information
The £499.99 Platform Activation Payment reserves and authorises preparation of your dedicated RaiD10 DataCube™ Edge AI Workstation. The workstation itself is supplied under a separate Equipment Rental Agreement which forms part of the onboarding process and must be completed before deployment can commence.
Small Print
Platform Subscription
Access to the RaiD10 Platform is provided separately under a recurring Platform Subscription issued by Creative Strategic Holdings Limited as Platform Controller.
Equipment Rental
The DataCube™ hardware is supplied under a separate Equipment Rental Agreement with an independent authorised hardware finance and commercialisation partner. Creative Strategic Holdings Limited is not the provider of the equipment rental facility and acts only as Platform Controller in respect of subscription services. The Equipment Rental Agreement requires a minimum commitment of twenty-four (24) months and is subject to approval and acceptance of the applicable rental terms. Following expiry of the minimum term, the agreement continues on a rolling basis until terminated in accordance with its terms. Failure to maintain the equipment rental agreement or the associated Platform Subscription may result in suspension of Platform services and recovery of the equipment in accordance with the applicable agreements. Platform features, hardware specification and deployment methodology may be updated as part of the continuing development of the RaiD10 Platform.
